All cottages have flatscreen, colour TVs with Freeview and DVDs, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, fridge/freezers, coffee makers or cafetieres and CD players. There is also a shared laundry room with a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. (Irons and ironing boards are provided in the cottages).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 8am to 9pm everyday (essential maintenance is carried out on Friday morning when the pool is shut between 12-2pm). The swimming pool measures 9m x 4.8m and ranges from 1 metre to 1.5 metres in depth. The temperature is regulated between 27 and 29 Celsius and the Jacuzzi temperature is 34 Celsius. An adult must always accompany children and non-swimmers. Lone swimmers should let us or other adults know when they are swimming.
Games Room
Above the swimming pool is the games room which has a pool table (2 x 20p per game), table tennis and darts. We will provide bats and balls but please bring your own darts.
Gardens & Stream
Within the walled garden there are plenty of areas for you to be "private". There is also a childrens play area with swings and slides, a secret pyramid-shaped ancient yew tree tree-house and a sand pit. There is also a spring-fed pond. Our guests are very welcome to wander in all four acres of the grounds, all we ask is that gates are shut behind you and that under nines are supervised
